Directions to Our Visitors Center

The Smoky Hill Bison Visitors Center is open to the public year round. The Gift Shop features buffalo (meat to toys) and Kansas products.

Visiting the Farm
Well, it's easy! Just follow the SMOKY HILL BISON BUFFALO signs to the Smoky Hill Bison Visitors Center.

If you're coming from the North on I-135, you'll be looking for Exit 82 (Assaria), and if you're coming from the South on I-135, you'll be looking for Exit 78 (Lindsborg/Bridgeport). It's a nice 6-mile country drive to our pasture's Visitors Center from either exit.

Regular Hours:
Mondays-Saturdays 10 to 5 year round.
Also open Sundays 1 to 5 Memorial weekend thru mid November.
