Privacy Policy:

We care about our customers here at Smoky Hill Bison Co, and being as such, we won't sell or rent your email address or contact information. You deserve your privacy, and we keep it that way!

How to Order:

You may use our secure shopping cart system to place an order online, send us a fax, or contact us by phone if you wish. (1-800-790-2665 or 785-667-2707 Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm CT). We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx and Discover credit cards. Kansas residents will have Kansas sales tax automatically applied to your order.

Shipping Perishable Products

Packaging: To insure a quality product that's cold at your door, our frozen bison meat is shipped with dry ice or frozen gel packs inside of an insulated cooler and cardboard box. All meat cuts, unless otherwise stated, are sealed in clear vacuum-packed plastic pouches.

Shipping Process: Shipping costs are automatically added to your order and are viewable during the check out process. We ship meat only within the USA and only by UPS or FedEx - usually as Ground or 2nd Day Air. Depending on the shipping address, packages should arrive in two or three business days from the ship date. Faster shipping options are available, and you can select them at the order checkout screen. Also, we must ship to your street address because UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box address.

Shipping Days: Perishable meat packages are normally shipped on Monday and Tuesday to insure timely delivery. We also ship meat on Wednesday but only if the package can arrive in one day (a local shipment or next day air); we don't want to take the chance of a box getting delayed over the weekend. We will make exceptions to this policy if you desire, but your order will not be refunded if the box gets delayed over the weekend and thaws out.

Shipping Non-Perishable Products

Shipping Process: Shipping costs are automatically added to your order and are viewable during the check out process. Books, shirts, and small toys will be mailed through the Post Office, and all other items will be shipped by either UPS or FedEx. Also, we must ship to your street address if we use UPS or FedEx on your order. PO Box delivery is only available on orders of books, shirts, and small toys.
